Shipping policy

PRE-ORDER POLICY

It is Hardcharger store policy that any purchase containing a pre-order item will be shipped on the latest pre-order release date. We will not ship products separately. However, if you would prefer to receive the non pre-order item(s) before the release date, you will have to make a separate purchase instead.

DOMESTIC

• Please allow 1-7 days for your order to be processed for shipping. 

INTERNATIONAL

• Please allow for 2-3 weeks for delivery after order has been shipped. 
• Any import duties, tariff, taxes, or handling fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International shipments cannot be marked as “gifts” or with altered prices.
